All Trust policies go through a set procedure before they are brought to the Board of Trustees or relevant committee for approval. Policies are drafted or reviewed by senior staff members with due regard to relevant legislation and best practice. They are then scrutinised by the Policy Committee. The policy is then brought to the relevant approving body for final consideration, alongside details about how the policy will be implemented and how that implementation will be monitored.
